Hi, I’m Kylie, founder of Hello Media, digital marketing coach, content strategist, and all-round cheerleader for small businesses.
For 30 years (yep, I started in the media world before the internet was in everyone’s pocket), I’ve been helping brands grow, adapt, and actually get visible online. These days, I coach, create, and guide business owners who are tired of winging it - and ready to get clarity, confidence, and customers.

This is my family - Richard, Clover, and our old pup. They’re my why. 💛
Living alongside disability (my husband is quadriplegic after a rugby tackle, playing for our local club in Bangalow, Northern NSW) and being hearing impaired myself means accessibility isn’t a buzz word for me, it’s part of my every day.
That lived experience is woven into everything I do. I’m passionate about making business accessible, sustainable, and fun, and creating spaces where people feel supported to show up as themselves. Whether you’re running a solo business, building a team, or somewhere in-between, I want you to feel confident, visible, and supported every step of the way.

These days, anyone can set up shop as a “digital marketing expert.” But I’ve been in this industry since before Instagram existed - before Facebook ads, before AI, even before Google was a verb. I learned to type during my year-long Journalism diploma in the late 90s, with the keys painted over 😝!
I grew up in New Zealand in a film-and-television family (my dad was a producer, my mum an actress and dance teacher), so storytelling, creativity, and media have been part of my life since day dot. Over the decades, I’ve worked across continents, trends, and technologies; always adapting, always learning, always passing it on to the businesses I support.

and every year I fly to the USA to attend Social Media Marketing World.
